Automated Intercom Response Time Alerts
Every hour, WebRun opens your Intercom inbox, lists the open conversations that have been waiting longer than your first-response target, checks Google Calendar to see which teammate is actually at their desk, and sends that person a WhatsApp nudge with the waiting list.
How do I make sure no Intercom conversation waits too long for a reply?
WebRun checks your Intercom inbox every hour, finds open conversations waiting longer than your first-response target, and reads your Google Calendar to see which teammate is actually free. It then sends the on-duty owner a WhatsApp nudge listing each waiting conversation, so no customer sits unanswered.
- Ageing conversations get a human owner within the hour
- Nudges go to a teammate who is actually at their desk
- No customer chat sits unanswered over a lunch break

Questions, answered
Will it reply to customers in Intercom?
No. WebRun never sends a customer reply on its own. It only posts an internal WhatsApp list so a human picks the conversation up and answers it.
How does it know who is available?
It reads your shared Google Calendar each run, so anyone in a meeting, on leave, or off shift is skipped and the conversation goes to a teammate who is free.
What counts as waiting too long?
Whatever target you set, for example 30 minutes for live chat and 4 hours for email. WebRun measures from the customer's last unanswered message in Intercom.
