How to Automate Limo Anywhere
Automating Limo Anywhere starts with its own tools: flight tracking, Auto Farm offers to affiliates, compliance reminders and passenger surveys. What they leave is the evening check against things outside the grid, such as trip sheets emailed to affiliates, a wedding planner's revised timeline and a corporate travel desk portal, which an AI agent like WebRun can run.
Limo Anywhere's dispatch grid stays open all day at a limo company
The dispatch grid is the screen a limo company keeps open all day, and in Limo Anywhere it is where every reservation lands. Limo Anywhere sells reservation, dispatch and billing software to limousine, black car and livery operators, and calls itself the largest software platform in the limo industry. Reservations come in by phone and online, and trips farmed in by other operators arrive as eFarm-in requests to accept or reject.
From the grid the dispatcher gives each trip a car and a chauffeur, mass-texts drivers when plans change and watches flights in real time. Chauffeurs get their trips in the driver app on Android or iOS. When a ride closes, Limo Anywhere charges the card or invoices the corporate account, and the trip goes into the chauffeur's payroll.
The dispatcher's evening goes on confirming tomorrow
Tomorrow has a wedding with three cars, two airport pickups for the same corporate account and a farm-out to an operator in another city who has not replied. The dispatcher emailed that affiliate the trip sheet on Monday. When the confirmation comes, it will be a reply in the dispatch inbox, and the dispatcher types it into the reservation by hand. By nine at night the affiliate has still not answered, and its office closed at six.
The wedding planner has sent two versions of the timeline already. The dispatcher rereads the latest one for any change to the church pickup, and texts the bride's contact to confirm the church address.
The corporate account wants a receipt for each ride on its travel desk's portal, not in the passenger's inbox, so the billing clerk logs in every morning and retypes each ride: date, passenger, pickup, drop-off and fare.
Limo Anywhere confirms farm-outs inside its own network
Operators on the Limo Anywhere network pass trips to each other through LA Net, and a trip farmed in arrives as an eFarm-in request to accept or reject. On the Black plan, Auto Farm offers a trip to affiliates in turn by email or SMS, with accept and reject buttons, and tells dispatch when nobody can take it.
Compliance Mgmt on Plus stores licences, registrations and insurance with alerts before they expire, and Advanced Compliance on Black adds reminders by email and text and a nightly check of every active driver and vehicle against the NYC TLC dataset. Passenger Surveys go out a chosen number of minutes after a trip is marked done and send happy passengers to the company's Google review link.
On Core and Plus, a trip farmed to an affiliate who does not use Limo Anywhere goes out as an Affiliate Trip Sheet by email or fax, and the answer comes back outside the grid. The planner keeps the wedding timeline in a document of their own, the travel desk wants receipts in its own portal, and a nightly check of the TLC's data is no help to an operator licensed in Chicago or Houston.
Unconfirmed farm-outs reach the dispatcher while affiliates are still at their desks
The dispatcher reads the trip numbers of tomorrow's trip-sheet farm-outs that still have no confirming email in a text at five, early enough to call the affiliate's office or give the trip to someone else. Where an affiliate did reply, the dispatcher has its confirmation number to type into the reservation.
If the planner's latest timeline moves the church pickup, the dispatcher gets a text that evening with both times, updates the reservation, and sends the bride's contact a prepared note about the church address.
The billing clerk reviews yesterday's rides already entered on the corporate client's travel desk portal, receipts attached, and submits them. For an operator licensed by a city or state commission, the office manager can take a chauffeur or vehicle off the schedule the week its status on that regulator's public lookup stops matching the dates held in Compliance.
Dispatch keeps the last word on every change
Matching an affiliate's email to a trip means reading the confirmation number, the pickup time and the passenger's name, then finding the same trip on the grid.
WebRun is an AI agent that works a real Chrome browser, signed in as you. Limo Anywhere supplies tomorrow's trips, and the agent takes each one to the dispatch mailbox, the planner's timeline, the travel desk portal and the regulator's lookup, then sends the dispatcher whatever does not match.
The grid stays as dispatch left it. A moved pickup or a reassigned car is the dispatcher's change to make, chasers to affiliates sit in the dispatch mailbox's drafts folder, and only billing presses submit on the travel desk portal.
These checks run at five, while the affiliate's office is still open.
Questions people ask
Could it reassign a driver or change a pickup time?
No. In Limo Anywhere it only reads reservations, driver assignments and rates. When something outside suggests a change, such as a moved wedding timeline, it tells dispatch and leaves the decision there.
Which Limo Anywhere plan does this need?
Any of them. The checks start from reservations on the grid, which every plan has. Compliance Mgmt comes with Plus; Auto Farm and Advanced Compliance come with Black.
Does Auto Farm already confirm farm-outs?
For affiliates who answer its offers, yes. Auto Farm comes with Black, sends each offer by email or SMS with accept and reject buttons, and shows dispatch what was accepted. An affiliate outside it still answers a trip sheet by replying to the email, and reading those replies is the check the agent runs.
