Automated Limo Trip Reminders for Clients
Each evening, WebRun opens Limo Anywhere, finds every trip scheduled for the next day, drafts a personalized reminder for each client with pickup time and driver details, and queues messages for your review before they go out.
How do I automatically send trip reminders to limo clients the night before?
Each evening, WebRun pulls tomorrow's confirmed trips from Limo Anywhere and drafts a personalized SMS reminder via Twilio and an email reminder via Gmail for every client, including pickup time and driver details. Messages are held for your review before sending, so no client is left guessing about their morning ride.

Questions, answered
Will reminders go out automatically without my approval?
No. Every reminder is drafted and held for your review first. WebRun queues the messages so you can approve, edit, or skip any of them before they reach the client.
What if a trip gets cancelled after the reminder runs?
Reminders are drafted in the evening based on that day's schedule. If a trip is cancelled before you approve the queue, you can delete that draft before sending.
Can it remind clients via both SMS and email?
Yes. WebRun drafts an SMS via Twilio and an email via Gmail for each client. If a client only has one contact method on file in Limo Anywhere, only that channel is drafted.
