Can it send run sheets only to drivers who are working today?
Yes. WebRun only generates and sends a run sheet for drivers who have at least one confirmed trip assigned in Limo Anywhere for that day. Idle drivers receive nothing.
What if a trip is added or changed after the morning digest runs?
The morning digest captures the schedule at run time. For last-minute changes, you can trigger a manual re-run or update drivers directly in Slack.
Does it send client contact details to drivers?
It includes the information recorded on the trip in Limo Anywhere, such as client name and pickup address. You can configure which fields to include or exclude before the first run.
