In short

How do I back up my YouTube Music playlists to a spreadsheet?

WebRun opens YouTube Music every Monday and walks your library playlist by playlist, capturing each song with its artist and album. It writes the whole library into a dated Google Sheets tab, marks tracks added or removed since last week, and messages you the summary on WhatsApp.

  • Your playlists survive a lost login or a removed track
  • Added and removed tracks marked every week
  • A readable spreadsheet you can search and sort outside the app

Built for music collectors · playlist curators · DJs · anyone with a large saved library

Questions, answered

Does it change anything in my library?

No. WebRun only reads YouTube Music. It never adds, removes, or reorders a track, and it never edits a playlist. The only writing happens in your own spreadsheet.

What happens when a track is removed from YouTube Music?

It stays in your sheet forever. Each run marks it as removed against the previous week, so you keep the title and artist even after the song is gone from the app.

How many playlists can it handle?

It walks the whole library, playlist by playlist, however many you have. Very large libraries simply take a longer run, and each week appends a new dated tab rather than overwriting.

Put this on autopilot.
