Questions, answered
Will it message the reps directly about their pay?
No. WebRun sends the chase list to the compensation administrator only. Every conversation with a rep about their plan is had by a person, so nothing sensitive is sent by an automation.
Can it accept a plan on a rep's behalf?
No. WebRun reads acceptance status and never clicks accept. Signing a compensation plan stays the rep's own action, which is what makes the record hold up later.
What about plans stuck in approval rather than with the rep?
Those are listed separately. A document still moving through the approval workflow is not the rep's fault, so WebRun shows it as an internal blocker instead of a chase.
