Automated simPRO Uninvoiced Job Chasing
Every Tuesday, WebRun signs in to simPRO, finds jobs marked complete that still have no invoice raised, captures the customer, the job value, the technician, and the days since completion, posts the full list with its total value to Microsoft Teams, and pings the office manager on WhatsApp about anything sitting more than two weeks.
How do I find completed jobs that were never invoiced?
WebRun chases unbilled work in simPRO every Tuesday. It finds jobs marked complete with no invoice raised, captures the customer, value, technician, and days waiting, posts the list and its total to Microsoft Teams, and pings the office manager on WhatsApp about the oldest ones.
- Completed work is billed within days instead of weeks
- The total cash sitting unbilled is visible every Tuesday
- Jobs blocked from invoicing are named with the reason
Built for trade businesses · electrical contractors · HVAC companies · field service operations

How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it raise or send an invoice to a customer?
No. WebRun lists the jobs that need billing and stops there. Raising an invoice and sending it stays with your office team, so nothing is ever billed to a customer unreviewed.
Does it change a job status in simPRO?
No. Jobs are read only. WebRun never marks a job complete, never edits costs, and never attaches labour or materials to a job.
Do customers see any of this?
No. The Teams post and the WhatsApp ping both go to internal groups you approve during setup. No customer is contacted at any point in the run.
