Automated Salesloft Bounced Contact Cleanup
Every night, WebRun opens Salesloft, finds people marked bounced or do not contact who are still active on a cadence, records which cadences and steps they sit on, writes the removal list into Airtable, and files a dated hygiene record in Google Drive.
How do I remove bounced and do not contact people from live sales cadences?
WebRun opens Salesloft every night and finds the people marked bounced or do not contact who are still active on a cadence, capturing the cadence, the step, and the owner. It writes the removal list into Airtable and files a dated hygiene record in Google Drive, so sender reputation stops sliding.
- Bad addresses stop being mailed again the next night
- Every removal is grouped by cadence and owner
- A dated hygiene record shows bounce trends over time

Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it remove people from my cadences on its own?
No. WebRun only reads Salesloft and writes the removal list into Airtable. Taking someone off a cadence, or changing their status, stays with the cadence owner.
Does it email or contact anyone?
No. Nothing leaves your systems. The run touches Salesloft, Airtable, and Google Drive only, and no prospect receives a message as a result of it.
Why does this protect sender reputation?
Every further send to a bounced address raises your bounce rate, which mailbox providers use to route mail to spam. Clearing them nightly stops the same bad address being mailed again.
Put this on autopilot.
