Set up new well owners from each division order

When a new well comes online, WebRun opens the signed division order in DocuSign, reads each owner and decimal interest, sets up the owners in Petrofly, logs the interests to a Google Sheet, and drafts a welcome note to each owner that stays unsent for your review.

In short

How do I set up new well owners from a division order automatically?

When a new division order is uploaded, WebRun reads the signed envelope in DocuSign, sets up each working and royalty interest owner in Petrofly, and logs every decimal interest to a Google Sheet. It then drafts a welcome note to each owner in Gmail and leaves it unsent for you, so a new well is ready for its first distribution run.

  • A new well is ready for its first distribution run without manual keying
  • Every decimal interest is checked to total 1.0 before the run
  • Owner welcome notes are drafted and waiting, so you just review and send

Questions, answered

Will it email new owners without me?

No. WebRun drafts each welcome note in Gmail and leaves it unsent. You read every message and click send, so no owner is contacted before you approve it first.

How does it know each owner's decimal interest?

It reads the signed division order in DocuSign and records the interest type and decimal for each owner. It also checks that the decimals total 1.0 and flags the well if they do not.

Can it set owners up in Petrofly on its own?

Yes, but only the internal setup. WebRun creates or matches each owner record in Petrofly and attaches the division order, while any note that reaches an owner is drafted and left for your review.
