Questions, answered
Will it message clients or people outside my team?
No. WebRun posts only to the internal WhatsApp group you nominate. Any message that would reach a client or external contact is left as a draft for a person to send.
Does it change anything on my boards?
No. WebRun reads your monday.com boards and does not move items, edit statuses, or reassign owners. The only thing it writes is calendar entries and the chase message.
What if an item has no owner?
It still appears on the chase list, marked unassigned and pushed to the top, so somebody picks it up rather than it sitting invisible on the board.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
