Automated MaestroQA Coaching Handoff
Every morning, WebRun opens MaestroQA, reviews yesterday's scored tickets and calls, finds any that fell below your coaching threshold, creates a Trello coaching card for the agent's manager with the specific issue, and pings the manager on WhatsApp so the conversation happens while it's still fresh.
How do I turn low MaestroQA scores into coaching follow up?
WebRun reviews yesterday's scored tickets and calls in MaestroQA each morning, finds any that fell below your coaching threshold, and creates a Trello card for the agent's manager naming the specific rubric items that missed. It pings the manager on WhatsApp so the coaching conversation happens while the review is still fresh.
- Low scoring reviews turn into an assigned coaching card the same morning
- Managers get pinged directly instead of checking a dashboard for flags
- Coaching conversations happen while the ticket or call is still fresh

Questions, answered
Does WebRun deliver the coaching feedback itself?
No. It only creates the coaching card and pings the manager. The actual coaching conversation with the agent is always handled by their manager.
How is the coaching threshold set?
It uses the score threshold you've already configured in MaestroQA, so it flags the same reviews your rubric says need coaching, nothing stricter or looser.
Does the WhatsApp ping go to the agent being reviewed?
No. It only goes to the agent's manager, never to the agent directly, so feedback reaches them through the normal coaching relationship.
