Automated LivePerson Chat Follow-Up Cards

Every morning, WebRun opens LivePerson, reviews the conversations that closed yesterday, picks out the ones that ended without a resolution or where the customer walked away mid-thread, opens a Trello follow-up card per conversation with the context an agent needs, and sends you the handoff list on WhatsApp.

In short

How do I follow up on support chats that ended without an answer?

WebRun reviews yesterday's LivePerson conversations every morning and picks out the ones that closed without a resolution or ended on an unanswered customer message. It opens a Trello follow-up card per conversation with the transcript context and sends the support lead a WhatsApp handoff list.

  • Customers left mid-conversation get picked up the next morning
  • Every unresolved chat gets an owner and a due date in Trello
  • No customer is ever messaged by the automation itself

Questions, answered

Will it message customers who were left waiting?

No. WebRun never replies in a LivePerson conversation and never contacts a customer. It only creates internal Trello cards so a human agent picks the conversation back up.

What counts as unresolved?

A conversation that closed without a resolution status, or that ended on an unanswered customer message. You can add your own rules, such as a specific queue or a wrap-up code.

Will the same chat get a card twice?

No. WebRun checks the Trello board first and skips any conversation that already has a card, so a chat handed off yesterday is not raised again this morning.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
