How do I find Insightly deals that have gone quiet?
WebRun opens Insightly every morning and finds open opportunities with no logged activity inside your chase window. It records each in an Airtable ageing tracker with value and owner, then writes a per-owner follow-up brief in Notion ranked by value, so quiet deals get worked before they go cold.
- Quiet deals surface daily instead of at quarter end
- Each rep opens Notion to their own value-ranked chase list
- Ageing is tracked over time, so repeat offenders are visible
Built for sales managers · account executives · consultancies · professional services firms

1
Insightly - find deals gone quiet
WebRun opens Insightly to find deals gone quiet. - Open Insightly and filter opportunities to open stages only
- For each one, read the date of the last logged task, email, or note
- Flag any deal with no activity inside your chase window, for example 14 days
- Capture the value, the stage, the owner, and the last thing that happened
Done when Every open opportunity has a days-since-activity number and a flag if it is over the window.
-
2
Airtable - track how long each has aged
WebRun opens Airtable to track how long each has aged. - Open your pipeline hygiene base and add or update a row per stale opportunity
- Record the deal name, value, stage, owner, days since activity, and last action
- Update rows that already exist so the ageing count keeps climbing rather than resetting
- Close out rows for deals that have since been touched or closed
Done when The Airtable tracker shows today's ageing picture for every open deal.
-
3
Notion - write the owner's follow-up brief
WebRun opens Notion to write the owner's follow-up brief. - Create one Notion page per owner with their stale deals listed highest value first
- Under each deal, note the stage, the days silent, and the last recorded interaction
- Add a suggested next step drawn only from what is already in the Insightly record
- Leave the brief internal. WebRun never contacts the customer
Done when Every owner has a dated follow-up brief in Notion for their quiet deals.
How is each run configured?

Questions, answered
Does it email the prospect?
No. WebRun never contacts a customer or prospect. It writes an internal Notion brief and an Airtable tracker for your own team, and the rep decides what to send and when.
Will it change anything in Insightly?
No. WebRun only reads opportunities and activity dates in Insightly. It does not move a stage, edit a field, or close a deal, so your CRM data stays exactly as your team left it.
How long is too long without activity?
You choose the window, commonly 14 or 30 days. WebRun measures from the last logged task, email, or note on each opportunity and flags anything past your number.
