Questions, answered
Will it cancel a booking for me?
No. WebRun only reads your reservations and reports the deadline. Cancelling, changing, or confirming a stay stays with you, so a room is never released or charged without your decision.
What about non-refundable rates?
They are listed separately and flagged as non-refundable, so nobody sits waiting for a free cancellation window that was never there. The card still tracks the stay and the amount committed.
How far ahead does it warn me?
As far ahead as you choose. Set a warning window, for example three days, and the WhatsApp message names only the bookings whose free cancellation date falls inside it.
