Automated Garmin Gear Mileage Reminders
Every Monday, WebRun signs in to Garmin Connect, reads the accumulated distance on each piece of gear you track, works out how close each item is to the retirement distance you set, drafts a replacement order email in Gmail for anything past its limit, and messages you the summary on WhatsApp.
How do I know when my running shoes have done enough miles?
WebRun signs in to Garmin Connect every Monday and reads the accumulated distance on each piece of gear you track. It compares every item against the retirement limit you set, drafts a replacement order email in Gmail for anything past it, and messages you a WhatsApp summary with the next item due.
- Worn out gear is flagged the week it crosses your limit
- The replacement email is written before you forget to order
- You get a projected date for the next item due, not just today's status
Built for runners · cyclists · triathletes · coaches

How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it order replacement gear on its own?
No. WebRun writes the order email into Gmail Drafts and stops there. It never sends the message, never visits a checkout, and never enters payment details. Buying is always your decision.
Does it change my Garmin Connect data?
No. WebRun reads your gear list and the distances already recorded. It never edits an activity, never retires an item for you, and never changes which gear an activity is assigned to.
Can I set different limits per item?
Yes. Each tracked item can carry its own retirement distance, so road shoes, trail shoes, and a bike chain are all measured against their own limit rather than one shared number.
