In short

How do I automatically ask clients for reviews after their flower event?

WebRun opens Details Flowers each morning, finds events completed in the past 48 hours with no review request on file, and drafts a warm, personalised thank-you and review request in Gmail for each client. The draft queue appears in Slack for your approval, so no email is sent without your sign-off.

  • Every completed event triggers a personalised review request within 48 hours
  • Review request drafts are ready to approve in Slack each morning
  • No client is contacted without your review, protecting the relationship

Questions, answered

Will it send review requests to clients without my approval?

No. Every review request is saved as a Gmail draft and listed in Slack for your review. Nothing is sent to a client until you approve and send it yourself.

Can it include a direct link to my Google or The Knot review page?

Yes. Give WebRun your preferred review platform URL during setup and it will include it in every draft so clients can leave a review in one click.

What if a client already received a review request from me directly?

WebRun checks Details Flowers for events where no review request has been logged. If you mark an event as already requested, it will not generate a duplicate draft.

Put this on autopilot.
