Chase design mockup approvals so events stay on schedule

Each morning, WebRun opens Details Flowers, finds events where a design mockup or visual proposal has been shared with the client but approval has not been received, drafts a gentle follow-up email for each, and posts the draft list to Slack for your approval before any message is sent.

In short

How do I automatically follow up on unapproved floral design mockups?

WebRun checks Details Flowers each morning for events where a design mockup has been sent but client approval is still outstanding. It drafts a warm, personalised follow-up in Gmail for each client and posts the queue to Slack for your approval. No message reaches a client until you review and send it.

  • No design mockup sits unanswered for more than a couple of days before a follow-up is queued
  • Event timelines stay on track because approvals are chased before sourcing begins
  • Every follow-up draft is reviewed by a human before reaching the client

Questions, answered

Will it send the follow-up to clients without my approval?

No. Every follow-up is saved as a Gmail draft and listed in Slack for your review first. Nothing is sent to any client until you approve and send it yourself.

How does it know which events are waiting for mockup approval?

WebRun looks for events in Details Flowers where a design proposal has been sent but no client approval or feedback is recorded. If your workflow uses a different status label, tell WebRun which one to look for during setup.

Can I set how many days to wait before chasing?

Yes. Configure a minimum waiting period in days during setup, such as two or three days after the mockup is sent, and WebRun will only flag clients who have been waiting at least that long.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
