Questions, answered
Will it close or pause order categories automatically?
No. WebRun reports capacity and flags categories that are nearly full, but closing a category in Floranext is always a manual action you take yourself.
Can I set different capacity limits for different holidays?
Yes. Configure a capacity limit per product category for each holiday window during setup. WebRun tracks against whichever window is currently active.
How far in advance does it start tracking?
WebRun begins tracking as soon as you activate the preorder window in Floranext. It runs every morning and will continue until the window closes or you pause the workflow.
