Automated Demandbase Campaign Pacing Checks
Every Monday, WebRun opens Demandbase, reads each active campaign's budget, spend to date, impressions, and flight dates, works out whether it is pacing ahead or behind plan, opens a Trello card for every campaign off pace, and messages you the summary on WhatsApp.
How do I check whether my ad campaigns are pacing to budget?
WebRun watches your Demandbase campaign pacing every Monday. It reads each in-flight campaign's budget, spend to date, impressions, and flight dates, then compares the share of budget spent against the share of the flight elapsed. Off-pace campaigns get a Trello card and a WhatsApp summary, so budget moves before it is wasted or left unspent.
- Overspending campaigns are named within a week of drifting
- Underspend is treated as a problem, not ignored
- Every off-pace campaign becomes a card with its numbers attached

Questions, answered
Will it change budgets or pause campaigns?
No. WebRun never edits a campaign, moves budget, or pauses anything. Media decisions stay with your team. It writes the numbers into a Trello card and a WhatsApp summary.
How is pacing calculated?
From the share of the flight elapsed against the share of budget spent. A campaign forty percent through its dates with seventy percent of budget gone is flagged as ahead of plan.
Does it catch underspend too?
Yes, and they are listed separately. Budget left unspent at the end of a flight is treated as a problem worth naming, not just overspend.
