Every week, WebRun signs in to Crunchyroll, reads your current plan, the next renewal date and amount, and the list of devices signed in to the account, updates a Trello subscription card with what changed, and messages you on WhatsApp when the renewal is inside seven days.

In short

How do I get reminded before my Crunchyroll subscription renews?

WebRun signs in to Crunchyroll weekly and reads your plan, next billing date, amount, and signed-in devices. It updates a Trello subscription card with a due date matching the bill, then messages you on WhatsApp when the renewal is within seven days or a new device appears.

  • No renewal charge lands as a surprise
  • Price changes are caught against last month's record
  • An unfamiliar device on the account is flagged the week it appears

Built for households · subscription trackers · shared account owners · budget-conscious viewers

Questions, answered

Can it cancel or change my plan?

No. The run is read-only on your Crunchyroll account. WebRun reads the plan, the renewal date, and the device list, and reports them. Cancelling, upgrading, or changing payment details stays with you.

Why does it check signed-in devices?

Because an unfamiliar device is the earliest sign that your account is being shared or has been compromised, and it costs nothing to notice it on the same run that reads your renewal date.

How much warning do I get before it bills?

Seven days by default, messaged on WhatsApp with the plan and amount. Widen the window if you want longer to decide whether to keep the subscription.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
