Automated ClassPass Credit Expiry Reminders
Every Monday, WebRun signs into ClassPass, reads your remaining credits and the days left in the cycle, checks what you already have booked, cards the studios and class times worth taking in Trello, and WhatsApps you when there are more credits left than days to spend them.
How do I stop my ClassPass credits from expiring unused?
WebRun checks your ClassPass account every Monday for credits remaining and days left in the cycle. It shortlists classes at your usual studios that would use up the balance, cards them in Trello with times and credit costs, and WhatsApps you when credits are about to expire unused.
- Credits get spent inside the cycle instead of rolling away
- A shortlist of real class times arrives before the week fills up
- The cycle end date stops being a thing you remember too late

Questions, answered
Will it book classes for me?
No. Booking spends credits and commits you to a time, so WebRun never does it. It shortlists the classes that fit your remaining credits and days, and you tap book yourself in ClassPass.
Can it cancel a class I cannot make?
No. Cancelling can trigger a fee, so WebRun leaves it alone. It shows you what is booked and what is at risk, and cancelling stays a decision you make in the app.
How does it decide which classes to suggest?
It searches the studios you normally use for classes in the days left in your cycle, then ranks them by how much of your unused credit balance they would absorb, so the shortlist actually clears the balance.
