Automated ChurnZero Survey Response Routing
As survey responses arrive in ChurnZero, WebRun reads the score and the comment, matches the response to its account and account owner, writes it into a Notion tracker with the detractors first, and drafts the owning CSM a Gmail handover that you approve before it goes.
How do I route customer survey responses to the right account owner?
WebRun routes ChurnZero survey responses to the right person. As each response arrives it reads the score and comment, matches the account and its owner, logs the detail in a Notion tracker with detractors first, and drafts the owning CSM a Gmail handover for you to approve and send.
- Detractor comments reach the owning CSM the same day
- Every response is logged with its account and owner
- No customer is emailed without a human sending it

1
ChurnZero - read the response and find its owner
WebRun opens ChurnZero to read the response and find its owner. - Open ChurnZero and pull survey responses received since the last run
- Read the score and the written comment on each one
- Match each response to its account, the contact who answered, and the account owner
- Mark detractors and anything mentioning cancellation or a competitor as urgent
Done when Every new response has a score, a comment, an account and a named owner.
-
2
Notion - log it in the response tracker
WebRun opens Notion to log it in the response tracker. - Open the survey response tracker in Notion
- Add one row per response with the account, contact, score, comment and owner
- Sort urgent responses to the top with the date received
- Note whether the same account left a low score in a previous round
Done when Every response is logged in Notion with the urgent ones first.
-
3
Gmail - draft the handover to the CSM
WebRun opens Gmail to draft the handover to the CSM. - Draft an internal handover email to the owning CSM with the account, score and full comment
- Suggest a next step: a call for a detractor, a thank you for a promoter
- Leave every email in Drafts for you to review. Nothing is sent to the customer
- Batch several responses for the same CSM into one draft
Done when Each owning CSM has a draft handover waiting for your approval.
How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it email the customer who left the response?
No. Every email WebRun writes is an internal handover to the owning CSM, and it stays in Gmail Drafts until you send it. The customer is never contacted by the automation.
What if the response has no account attached?
It is still logged in Notion and marked unmatched, so a person can attach the right account rather than the feedback quietly disappearing.
How fast does a detractor get seen?
Within the same day. WebRun runs on each submission, marks low scores and cancellation language urgent, and puts them at the top of the Notion tracker straight away.
