Does it message reps directly?
No. The WhatsApp post goes to your internal revenue operations group and the Trello cards sit on your own board. Managers decide how and when to nudge their own people.
Does it show commission amounts?
No. The chase list carries names, managers, statement status, and the deadline only. Individual payout figures stay inside CaptivateIQ where the permissions already control who sees them.
