Automated Canva Design Review Handoffs

Twice a day, WebRun opens Canva, looks through your shared team folders for designs that have been edited and moved to the ready folder, opens a Trello review card for each with the designer and the link, and posts the handoff to your Microsoft Teams design channel so a reviewer picks it up.

In short

How do I get Canva designs reviewed without chasing people?

WebRun routes finished Canva designs into review twice a day. It checks your shared team folders for designs moved to ready, opens a Trello card for each with the link, designer, and a reviewer on rota, and posts the handoff to your Microsoft Teams design channel.

  • Finished designs reach a reviewer the same day, not next week
  • Every design in review has a named reviewer and a due date
  • The oldest waiting design is visible in every handoff post

Questions, answered

Will it edit or publish my designs?

No. WebRun reads design names, editors, dates, and links. It never opens the editor to change a design, never publishes one, and never shares a design outside your team, so the creative work stays untouched.

How does it know a design is ready?

It uses the folder you nominate as the ready-for-review folder in Canva. Moving a design into that folder is the designer's signal, so nothing enters review before the designer says so.

What stops duplicate review cards?

WebRun checks Trello before creating anything. If a design already has an open card from an earlier run, it updates that card with the latest edit date rather than adding a second one.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
