Automated Artlist Music Shortlists

Every Monday, WebRun opens Artlist, browses the newest releases in the genres and moods your current edits call for, builds a shortlist with each track's title, artist, mood, and length, drafts a Gmail message to the editing team, and pings the producer on WhatsApp that the shortlist is waiting.

In short

How do I keep a fresh royalty-free music shortlist for my video edits?

WebRun builds your music shortlist every Monday. It browses new Artlist releases in the genres and moods your current edits need, captures each track's artist, length, and link, drafts a grouped shortlist email in Gmail for the editors, and tells the producer on WhatsApp that it is ready.

  • Editors start the week with fresh tracks already picked
  • Every mood on the slate is covered or explicitly flagged as thin
  • Music search stops eating the first hour of an edit

Questions, answered

Will it email the team without me?

No. The shortlist is left as an unsent Gmail draft for a person to review and send. Only the internal WhatsApp note to your producer posts on its own.

Does it download the tracks?

No. WebRun saves picks to your team collection inside Artlist and shares links. Downloading and licensing a track stays a human decision.

How does it know which moods we need?

You give it the genres and moods for the current slate of edits, and it filters new releases against that list rather than sending the whole catalogue.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
