The regulator is the other direction. A discharge monitoring report goes up to NetDMR. Groundwater and soil data for a California site goes to GeoTracker in its own upload format, and that site is what tells you whether it was accepted. Each has a login, a submission window, and its own way of failing quietly.

Around those sit permit renewals, the air district's annual filing, waste manifests, and the rain gauge that decides whether a stormwater sampling obligation was triggered last night.
