Automated Anesthesia Missing Charge Capture
Every morning, WebRun opens Graphium Health, pulls the prior day's completed anesthesia cases, checks each against the billing queue for a matching charge, flags unbilled cases, and sends your billing coordinator a Slack digest with the gap list logged to Google Sheets.
How do I automatically catch missing anesthesia charges before billing closes?
WebRun opens Graphium Health every morning, compares all completed anesthesia cases from the prior day against the billing queue, and flags any case with no submitted charge. The gap list is logged to Google Sheets and posted to your billing team in Slack, so missed charges are caught and resolved before the billing window closes.
- Every missing anesthesia charge is caught within 24 hours of case completion
- Billing coordinators open Slack to a prioritized gap list every morning
- Unbilled cases older than 24 hours are automatically flagged as urgent

- Pull all cases marked as completed with provider, facility, procedure, and CPT codes
- Cross-check each case against the billing queue to identify any with no charge submitted
- Flag cases missing a charge entry, noting the provider, location, and time units

- Mark the row as Pending Billing so the coordinator can update status when resolved

Slack - alert billing coordinator
WebRun opens Slack to alert billing coordinator. - Post a summary to the billing-ops Slack channel listing each unbilled case by provider and facility

How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Does it send any patient data outside the approved systems?
No. The digest posted to Slack contains only case identifiers, provider names, and unit counts. No patient names or protected health information leave Graphium Health without your explicit approval.
What if a charge was submitted but not yet visible in the queue?
WebRun reads the live billing queue status in Graphium Health each run, so any charge submitted before the morning check is already counted and that case is excluded from the gap list automatically.
Can it catch charges missed from more than one day ago?
Yes. The Google Sheets log carries all unresolved cases forward, so any case still unbilled from prior days stays on the list until a charge is confirmed.
