Automated 6sense Intent Keyword Reviews

Every Monday, WebRun opens 6sense, reads which tracked keywords are actually driving intent inside each keyword group, spots terms your accounts research that you do not track yet, sends you a shortlist of keywords to add or drop on WhatsApp, and records the week's review in Airtable.

In short

How do I keep my tracked intent keywords matched to what buyers are researching?

WebRun reviews your 6sense intent keywords every Monday: which tracked terms produced real activity, which produced none, and which terms your accounts research but you do not track. It sends you an add and drop shortlist per keyword group on WhatsApp and logs every proposed change in Airtable.

  • Dead keywords stop diluting your intent signal
  • Terms buyers actually research get tracked the same quarter
  • Every keyword change is logged with the reason behind it

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens app.6sense.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
6sense - review which keywords are driving intent
    6sense.com
WebRun in 6sense: review which keywords are driving intent
WebRun opens 6sense to review which keywords are driving intent.
    • Open 6sense and list the keyword groups feeding your priority segments
    • For each group, capture which keywords produced intent activity in the last month and which produced none
    • Note the terms your target accounts are researching that sit in no tracked group
    • Check whether the accounts showing a late buying stage are being driven by one keyword or by many
    • Propose the changes only. WebRun never edits a keyword group or a segment definition itself

Done when Every keyword group has a proposed add and drop list backed by last month's activity.

  3. 2
WhatsApp - send you the add and drop shortlist
    whatsapp.com
WebRun in WhatsApp: send you the add and drop shortlist
WebRun opens WhatsApp to send you the add and drop shortlist.
    • Send yourself the shortlist grouped by keyword group, adds first then drops
    • Say why each term is proposed: no activity in a month, or researched by accounts but untracked
    • Flag any group where a single keyword is carrying almost all the intent signal
    • Keep it to the terms worth a decision rather than every keyword in the account

Done when You have this week's add and drop shortlist on WhatsApp.

  4. 3
Airtable - log the keyword review
    airtable.com
WebRun in Airtable: log the keyword review
WebRun opens Airtable to log the keyword review.
    • Add this week's review to your intent keyword table in Airtable
    • Record each proposed change with its group, the reason, and whether it was later applied
    • Keep the history so you can see how the language your buyers use shifted across the quarter

Done when This week's keyword review is recorded in Airtable.

Questions, answered

Will it change my keyword groups or segments?

No. WebRun proposes and never edits. Adding or dropping a keyword changes what every downstream segment and alert sees, so the change stays a deliberate decision you make in 6sense.

How is this different from a segment coverage report?

A coverage report reads the output: which accounts landed in which segment. This tunes the input, the keywords the intent model listens for, so the signals themselves stay accurate.

Does it contact any accounts?

No. Both the WhatsApp shortlist and the Airtable log are internal. WebRun never emails, messages, or otherwise reaches a target account.

Put this on autopilot.
