How do I find out when a contact I know changes jobs?
Every morning WebRun opens ZoomInfo, checks your tracked contacts and saved searches for job changes, and captures who moved, from which company to which, and into what title. It logs each move in Airtable against the old account and posts the day's list to Slack for the owning rep.
- Warm introductions go out in the first weeks of a new role
- Every move is logged against the account it came from
- New-territory moves are flagged before a cold outbound sequence has to do the work
Built for account executives · B2B sales teams · customer success · revenue operations
What does WebRun do on every run?
The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.
-
WebRun signs in and gets to work
Opens
app.zoominfo.comin a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys. -
1
ZoomInfo - spot the job changes
- Open ZoomInfo and run the saved searches and tracked lists you use for existing relationships
- Check the alerts for contacts flagged as having changed company or title
- Capture the person, the old company, the new company, the new job title and the date it was picked up
- Skip anyone already reported in a previous run
Done when Every new job change on your tracked contacts is captured with the old and new employer.
-
2
Airtable - log who moved where
WebRun opens Airtable to log who moved where. - Add a row per move with the contact, old company, new company, new title and the date
- Link the row back to the account they came from and to the rep who owned that relationship
- Mark whether the new company is already a customer, an open opportunity or brand new territory
Done when Every move is a row in Airtable linked to its old account and its owning rep.
-
3
Slack - tell the rep who knows them
WebRun opens Slack to tell the rep who knows them. - Post the day's moves to your sales channel, one line each
- Put the moves into new territory first, since those open an account you do not have yet
- Mention the rep who owned the old relationship so the introduction comes from someone the contact knows
- Leave the outreach to the rep. WebRun never contacts the person
Done when Reps have today's job change list in Slack with the right owner tagged on each line.
How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it email the contact who moved?
No. WebRun only logs the move in Airtable and posts an internal Slack line for the rep. Every introduction is written and sent by the human who already knows the contact.
Which contacts does it watch?
The tracked lists and saved searches you point it at during setup, so it follows the relationships you already care about rather than the whole database.
Will the same move be reported twice?
No. Each run checks the Airtable log first and skips anyone already recorded, so a move appears in Slack on the day it is picked up and never again.
Put this on autopilot.
