Questions, answered
Will it send reminders to my signers?
No. WebRun drafts the reminder wording and leaves it queued. A person reviews it and sends it from Zoho Sign, so no client or counterparty is contacted without approval.
Can it void or resend a document?
No. Voiding, recalling, resending and correcting a document are never done by WebRun. It reads the status and reports who is holding each one up.
What about documents about to expire?
They are flagged at the top of the queue and the Trello card due date is set to the expiry date, so a contract does not lapse and force the whole signing round to start again.
