Automated 10to8 Weekly No-Show Rate Tracking

Every Monday, WebRun opens 10to8, counts total appointments and no-shows from the past week, calculates the no-show rate, logs it as a row in Google Sheets alongside previous weeks, and drafts a Gmail summary for the owner noting whether the rate is trending up or down.

In short

How do I track my no-show rate trend in 10to8 over time?

Every Monday, WebRun counts total appointments and no-shows from the past week in 10to8, calculates the no-show rate, logs it into Google Sheets alongside prior weeks, and drafts a Gmail summary flagging whether the rate is trending up. Owners see the real trend over time instead of reacting to any single bad week.

  • No-show trends are visible weekly instead of only felt anecdotally
  • A rising rate gets flagged two weeks in, not two months in
  • A dated history builds up in Sheets without manual tracking

Questions, answered

Will the trend summary email send without review?

No. WebRun only drafts the email in Gmail. The owner reviews and sends it themselves, nothing goes out automatically.

How is the no-show rate calculated?

It divides the number of appointments marked as no-shows by total appointments in the same 7 day window, giving a clean weekly rate.

Does it change reminder settings to reduce no-shows?

No. It only reads and reports attendance data. Adjusting 10to8's reminder timing or deposit settings is done by you inside 10to8.
