Automated ZipRecruiter Applicant Triage
Every morning, WebRun opens ZipRecruiter, reviews new applicants against each open role's requirements, creates a Trello card in the hiring pipeline for every qualified candidate, and drafts a WhatsApp interview invite for the recruiter to review and send.
How do I triage new ZipRecruiter applicants every day?
WebRun triages your ZipRecruiter applicants every morning. It checks each new applicant against the role's requirements, creates a Trello card for every qualified candidate, and drafts a WhatsApp interview invite for the recruiter to review and send, so qualified candidates move forward fast without an unapproved message going out.
- Qualified candidates land in the pipeline the same morning they apply
- Recruiters review a drafted invite instead of writing one from scratch
- No candidate is contacted or rejected without a human decision

Questions, answered
Will WebRun contact candidates without a recruiter's approval?
No. It only drafts the WhatsApp interview invite and queues it for the recruiter to review. Nothing is sent to a candidate on its own.
How does it decide who is qualified?
It checks each applicant against the role's stated minimum requirements in ZipRecruiter. Anyone who doesn't meet the bar is left off the pipeline, not rejected.
Does it reject unqualified applicants?
No. WebRun never sends a rejection. Candidates who don't meet the bar are simply not added to the pipeline, and the recruiter decides what happens next.
