Questions, answered
Will it approve anything in Workday?
No. WebRun only reads the approvals list. It never approves, denies, sends back, or submits a business process. Every decision stays with the named approver in Workday.
Will it text managers without my say-so?
No. Each nudge is queued in Twilio as an approval-pending draft and only sends after you release it. A cooldown also stops the same approver being messaged on consecutive days.
Does the queue include sensitive details?
It records only what is needed to chase: the item type, the approver, and how long it has waited. Compensation figures and personal data stay inside Workday rather than being copied into Notion.
