Automated Verint Adherence Exception Alerts

Every morning, WebRun signs in to Verint, reads yesterday's schedule adherence and exception data, groups the gaps by team and reason, posts a short Slack summary for team leads, and drafts a Gmail coaching note for any agent whose exceptions repeated across several days.

In short

How do I track daily schedule adherence exceptions for my support team?

WebRun opens Verint each morning and reads yesterday's schedule adherence and exceptions, grouping the gaps by team, interval and reason. It posts a summary to Slack for team leads and drafts a private Gmail coaching note when an agent's exceptions repeat, leaving every performance conversation to a manager.

  • Coverage gaps are seen the next morning rather than at month end
  • Repeat patterns reach a manager as a written, factual note
  • Team leads get the picture in Slack without opening a reporting tool

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens www.verint.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
Verint - read yesterday's adherence exceptions
    verint.com
WebRun in Verint: read yesterday's adherence exceptions
WebRun opens Verint to read yesterday's adherence exceptions.
    • Sign in to Verint and open yesterday's adherence reporting
    • Capture adherence by team and by agent with the exception reasons recorded
    • Note the intervals where coverage fell short against the plan
    • Identify agents whose exceptions repeated on more than one day this week
    • Read only. Never edit a schedule, an exception code, or an agent record

Done when Yesterday's exceptions are grouped by team, agent, and reason.

  3. 2
Slack - post the team summary
    slack.com
WebRun in Slack: post the team summary
WebRun opens Slack to post the team summary.
    • Post a short summary to the workforce management channel
    • Show adherence by team and name the intervals where coverage was thinnest
    • List the most common exception reasons so patterns are obvious
    • Flag teams that drifted for several days running
    • Keep individual detail light in the channel. Names go only where your policy allows

Done when Team leads have yesterday's adherence picture in Slack.

  4. 3
Gmail - draft the coaching note
    gmail.com
WebRun in Gmail: draft the coaching note
WebRun opens Gmail to draft the coaching note.
    • Compose a private coaching note addressed to the team lead for each agent with repeating exceptions
    • Include the dates, the exception reasons, and the adherence figures behind it
    • Keep the tone supportive and factual so it can be used in a one to one
    • Leave every note in Drafts. A manager reads it and decides whether and how to send it

Done when A coaching note is drafted for every repeating pattern, ready for a manager.

Questions, answered

Will it email agents directly about their adherence?

No. Coaching notes are drafted to the team lead and left in Gmail Drafts. A manager decides what to say and whether to send it, so performance conversations stay human.

Does it change schedules in Verint?

No. WebRun reads adherence and exception data only. Editing a schedule, approving time off, or changing an exception code stays with your workforce management team.

How much personal detail goes into Slack?

Only what your policy allows. The channel summary works at team and interval level, and individual names are kept for the private draft note rather than the open channel.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
