Automated VEED Export Handoff
Every Monday, WebRun opens VEED, walks your workspace folders for projects that finished exporting in the last week, captures each video title and share link, writes a delivery pack into Notion, and sends the social lead a short WhatsApp summary of what is ready to publish.
How do I hand finished VEED videos to the team that publishes them?
WebRun collects your finished VEED videos every Monday. It walks your workspace folders for projects that exported in the last week, captures each title and share link, writes a delivery pack into Notion, and sends your social lead a WhatsApp summary, so finished videos reach the people who publish them.
- Finished videos reach the publisher the same week they are exported
- Every ready video carries its share link, so nobody chases the editor
- One Notion pack replaces the weekly what-is-ready message thread
Built for social media teams · content studios · video editors · marketing agencies
What does WebRun do on every run?
The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.
-
WebRun signs in and gets to work
Opens

1
VEED - collect finished exports
WebRun opens VEED to collect finished exports. - Open VEED and go through the workspace folders you nominate
- Find projects whose export finished in the last seven days
- Capture the video title, folder, duration, and the share link for each
- Skip anything already delivered in a previous week
Done when Every video finished this week is listed with its title and share link.
-
2
Notion - build the delivery pack
WebRun opens Notion to build the delivery pack. - Open the delivery database in Notion and add a row per finished video
- Fill in the title, share link, folder, duration, and the date it was exported
- Set the status to Ready to publish and leave the channel and publish date blank for the team
- Group the week's rows under a dated heading so the pack reads as one batch
Done when Notion holds one row per ready video with its link and status.
-
3
WhatsApp - tell the publishers what is ready
WebRun opens WhatsApp to tell the publishers what is ready. - Send the internal content group a short summary: how many videos are ready and their titles
- Include the link to the Notion pack so nobody has to open the editor
- Note anything still exporting so the team knows what is coming next
Done when The publishing team has this week's ready list in WhatsApp.
How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it publish the videos anywhere?
No. WebRun only collects the finished exports and hands them over. Nothing is posted to a social account or sent to a customer, and the publish decision stays with your team.
How does it know a video is finished?
It reads the live project state in VEED each Monday and only picks up projects whose export completed in the last seven days, so work in progress is left alone.
What stops the same video going out twice?
Every delivered video is recorded in the Notion pack, and WebRun checks that list before adding a row, so a video already handed over is skipped.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
