Automated Udacity Deadline Study Plans

Every Sunday evening, WebRun signs in to Udacity, reads how far you are through each enrolled program, finds the projects and deadlines coming up in the next fortnight, creates a dated Trello card for each with the lessons still to finish, and sends you the week's study plan on WhatsApp.

In short

How do I keep track of my Udacity project deadlines each week?

WebRun signs in to Udacity every Sunday evening, reads your progress in each enrolled program, and finds the projects due in the next fortnight. It creates a dated Trello card per project with the remaining lessons as a checklist, then sends you a WhatsApp study plan with the daily pace you need.

  • Every project deadline lands on a dated card before the week starts
  • The daily lesson pace needed is calculated, not guessed
  • Programs slipping out of reach are flagged early enough to rescope

Questions, answered

Will it submit a project for me?

No. WebRun reads your progress and deadlines and builds the plan. It never submits a project, never uploads work, never marks a lesson complete, and never posts in a course forum on your behalf.

Does it enrol me in anything or change my plan?

No. WebRun never enrols, unenrols, upgrades, extends, or pays for a program. It only reads the programs you are already in and reports what is due when.

What if I fall behind on a deadline?

The plan says so plainly. WebRun compares the lessons remaining against the days left and flags any program where the required daily pace has become unrealistic, so you can rescope while there is still time.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
