Automated TubeBuddy Weekly Video Reporting
Every Monday, WebRun signs into TubeBuddy, opens the performance data for the videos you published or promoted recently, captures views, watch time, click-through rate, and tag information for each, appends one row per video to your Google Sheets tracker, and sends you a short WhatsApp note naming the best and worst performer of the week.
How do I export my weekly YouTube video performance to a spreadsheet?
WebRun opens TubeBuddy every Monday and captures views, watch time, and click-through rate for the videos you published in the last week. It appends one row per video to your Google Sheets tracker with a comparison to your rolling average, then sends the week's best and worst performer to WhatsApp.
- A full video history builds in Sheets with no manual export
- Weak uploads get spotted the Monday after they publish
- Every video is compared against your own rolling average, not a vanity number
Built for YouTube creators · video teams · creator managers · media agencies

Questions, answered
Will it change my videos, tags, or thumbnails?
No. WebRun only reads your TubeBuddy performance data. It never edits a title, a tag, a description, or a thumbnail, so nothing on your channel changes.
Does it publish or comment on my behalf?
No. Nothing is posted publicly. The only outputs are rows in your own Google Sheet and a WhatsApp message to you.
What if I did not publish anything last week?
It still refreshes the totals for your existing videos so the trend line stays current, and the WhatsApp message says plainly that there were no new uploads.
Put this on autopilot.
