Automated Tradify Quote to Job Reconciliation
Each morning, WebRun opens Tradify, finds quotes marked accepted in the last day, checks whether each one already has a job scheduled, posts any gap to Microsoft Teams, and creates a Trello card so the booking doesn't slip through.
How do I make sure every accepted Tradify quote gets scheduled as a job?
WebRun checks every Tradify quote accepted in the last day and confirms it already has a job on the schedule. Any accepted quote without a booked job gets posted to Microsoft Teams and turned into a Trello card, so a signed deal never sits forgotten between being accepted and actually being scheduled.
- Accepted quotes stop falling through the cracks before they are scheduled
- The team sees unbooked work in Teams the same morning it is found
- Every gap gets a Trello card instead of a mental note

Questions, answered
Does it book the job itself?
No. WebRun only flags the gap and creates a Trello card for the scheduler. Booking the actual job time stays a human decision in Tradify.
What if the quote was accepted but the customer changed their mind?
WebRun only reads the quote status in Tradify. If it is later marked declined or withdrawn, the next run stops flagging it.
Will it create duplicate Trello cards?
No. It checks for an existing open card for that quote before creating a new one, so each gap only gets one card.
