Automated Camtasia Video Review Routing
Every morning, WebRun signs in to your TechSmith account, finds the videos uploaded or shared since yesterday, opens a Trello review card for each with the title, length, and share link, assigns it to the right reviewer, and messages that reviewer on WhatsApp with what is waiting.
How do I route new Camtasia recordings to a reviewer automatically?
WebRun checks your TechSmith video library every morning for recordings uploaded since yesterday. It opens a Trello review card for each with the title, duration, share link, and a quality checklist, assigns the right reviewer with a two-day due date, and messages that reviewer their queue on WhatsApp.
- Every new recording gets an owner and a due date the next morning
- Reviewers see their queue without opening a board
- Overdue reviews are named in the same message, not chased separately

How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Does it change the sharing settings on my videos?
No. WebRun reads your TechSmith library and copies the existing share link into the Trello card. It never publishes a video, never changes who can view it, and never deletes a recording.
Who gets messaged about a new video?
Only the internal reviewer assigned to that content type, on WhatsApp. WebRun never messages a client or an audience, and never distributes a video outside your team.
What stops the same video being carded twice?
WebRun checks the review list before creating anything and skips videos that already have a card, so a recording that sits in review for a week never generates a duplicate.
