Automated Sweat Inactive Client Tracking

Every Monday, WebRun opens Sweat, checks each client's workout activity for the prior week, logs anyone with no completed workouts to Airtable, and updates a Notion client note so your trainers know exactly who needs a personal check in.

In short

How do I find Sweat clients who have gone inactive on their program?

WebRun checks Sweat every Monday for each client's workout activity, logs anyone inactive for a week to Airtable, and updates a Notion client note flagging who needs a check in. It never messages a client itself, so a training studio's trainers start the week with a clear list of who is falling off their program.

  • Inactive clients are flagged every Monday instead of going unnoticed
  • Trainers get a ready made check in list instead of scanning every client
  • No client is ever contacted by WebRun, every check in stays personal

Questions, answered

Does WebRun message inactive clients directly?

No. It only flags them in Airtable and Notion for the trainer to see. Reaching out to a client is always a message the trainer sends personally.

Does it change a client's program or plan?

No. It only reads completed workout counts. Adjusting a program is always a coaching decision made by the trainer.

What counts as inactive?

No completed workouts in the prior week by default. Tell WebRun a different threshold if your studio tracks it differently.
