Automated StreamElements Tip Tracking
Every night after your stream, WebRun opens StreamElements, reads the tips, subscriptions, and channel points activity from that session, creates a thank-you card per supporter in Trello with their name and what they gave, and sends you a WhatsApp shout-out list ready to read on the next stream.
How do I keep track of who tipped and subscribed on my stream?
WebRun reads your StreamElements activity feed after every stream, capturing each tip, subscription, and gifted sub with the supporter's name and message. It opens a thank-you card per supporter in Trello and sends you the shout-out list on WhatsApp, so nobody who supported the stream gets forgotten.
- Every supporter is queued for a thank-you the same night
- First-time supporters are called out for a proper welcome
- Session tip and sub totals arrive without opening the dashboard
Built for live streamers · content creators · streaming teams · community managers

Questions, answered
Will it message my supporters directly?
No. WebRun writes a Trello card and a WhatsApp list for you. Every thank-you message, shout-out, or DM to a supporter is sent by you, in your own voice, from your own account.
Does it touch my overlays, alerts, or loyalty points?
No. It only reads the activity feed. Your overlays, alert settings, chatbot commands, and loyalty point balances are never edited.
What happens on a night with no tips?
You still get a short message confirming the stream was checked and nothing came in, so a quiet night is never confused with a broken automation.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
