In short

How do I turn Stormboard sticky notes into assigned tasks?

WebRun checks Stormboard every morning for storms that closed the day before, creates a Trello card for each action item sticky with its assignee, and messages every assignee their new items on WhatsApp. Ideas from a storm session turn into tracked, assigned work the next morning instead of staying stuck on a board.

  • Storm session ideas become assigned Trello cards the next morning
  • Every assignee gets notified directly instead of checking the board
  • Unassigned action items get flagged instead of lost

Questions, answered

Will it close or edit a storm board?

No. WebRun only reads action item stickies from storms that already closed. It never edits or closes a board itself.

How does it know who owns a sticky?

It reads the name assigned to the sticky in Stormboard. Unassigned action items are left off a person's card and flagged instead.

Does it handle every storm, or just brainstorms?

It covers any closed storm with action item stickies, whether it's a brainstorm, retro, or planning session.

Put this on autopilot.
