Automated Signeasy Signed Contract Archive
Every Monday, WebRun opens Signeasy, finds the documents completed in the last seven days, saves the signed copy and its audit trail, records the signers and signing date, creates a register card per contract on Trello, and confirms the week's archive on WhatsApp.
How do I keep signed contracts filed and searchable for an audit?
WebRun archives your completed Signeasy contracts every Monday. It saves each signed copy with its audit trail, records the signers and signing date, creates a register card per contract on Trello with the files attached, and confirms the week's archive on WhatsApp.
- Signed contracts live outside the e-sign account with their audit trails
- An audit or lawyer request takes minutes instead of a search
- Nothing is deleted or resent, only copied
Built for office managers · legal operations · finance teams · compliance officers

1
Signeasy - collect signed documents and audit trails
WebRun opens Signeasy to collect signed documents and audit trails. - Open Signeasy and filter documents to completed in the last seven days
- Save the signed copy of each document
- Save the audit trail alongside it, since that is what an auditor asks for
- Record every signer, the signing date, and the folder the document sits in
- Never send, resend, or delete a document. WebRun copies completed files only
Done when Every document completed last week has its signed copy and audit trail saved.
-
2
Trello - build the contract register
WebRun opens Trello to build the contract register. - Create a register card per completed contract on your archive board
- Put the document name, the signers, and the signing date in the card title and description
- Attach the signed copy and the audit trail to the card
- Label each card by contract type so the register filters cleanly
Done when Every completed contract has a register card with its files attached.
-
3
WhatsApp - confirm what was archived
WebRun opens WhatsApp to confirm what was archived. - Send the office a short WhatsApp confirmation of the week's archive
- State how many contracts were filed and name each one
- Flag any document whose audit trail could not be saved so a human can check it
Done when The team knows this week's contracts are filed and where to find them.
How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Does it delete anything from Signeasy?
No. WebRun only saves copies of documents that are already completed. It never deletes a document, never sends or resends a signature request, and never touches anything still awaiting a signer.
Why save the audit trail too?
Because the audit trail is what proves who signed and when. An auditor or a lawyer usually asks for it alongside the contract, so filing both together turns a request into a minutes-long job.
Who can see the register?
Only the people on your Trello board and in your team WhatsApp chat. Nothing is shared with signers or anyone outside your organization, and no link goes out publicly.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
