Automated Signable Signed Document Handoff
Every few hours, WebRun opens Signable, checks every sent document for a status change to signed, creates a Trello card in the right list for whoever handles the next step, and sends you a WhatsApp summary listing what got signed.
How do I automatically hand off signed Signable documents?
WebRun checks Signable every few hours for documents that just turned signed, creates a Trello card with the next step for each one, and sends you a WhatsApp summary of what came in. Signed documents get handed off within hours instead of sitting unnoticed until someone happens to check Signable.
- Signed documents get a Trello card within hours
- You get a WhatsApp summary instead of checking Signable directly
- Nothing signed sits unnoticed waiting for the next step
Built for small businesses · recruitment agencies · property managers · accountants

Questions, answered
Does it send anything for signature itself?
No. WebRun only reads the status of documents already sent through Signable. It never creates or sends a new document for signature.
Will it contact the signer after they sign?
No. It only creates a Trello card and messages you on WhatsApp. It never emails or messages the signer directly.
What if a document is only partially signed?
A card is only created once Signable shows the document as fully signed by every party. A partially signed document does not trigger a handoff yet.
