No. Every owner note is left as an unsent Gmail draft for you to read and send. Only the internal Slack summary posts on its own.
Will it archive or delete old assets in Seismic?
No. WebRun reads last updated dates, owners, and usage without editing the library, so retiring or replacing an asset stays a human decision.
How old does an asset have to be to count as stale?
You set the window, and 180 days is a common starting point. WebRun then only flags assets past that line that reps are still actively sending.
