In short

How do I keep track of Razorpay dispute response deadlines?

WebRun opens your Razorpay dashboard every morning, reads each open dispute with its amount, linked payment and respond-by date, and orders them by deadline. It sends the queue to your WhatsApp finance chat and warns on Telegram about anything due soon, so no dispute is lost by default.

  • No dispute is lost because the response window quietly closed
  • The queue is ordered by deadline, largest amounts flagged first
  • Answered disputes drop off automatically from live status

Questions, answered

Will it submit evidence or accept a dispute for me?

No. WebRun only reads the dispute list and reports deadlines. Uploading evidence, contesting or accepting a dispute stays a manual step you take in Razorpay.

Does it message customers about a chargeback?

No. The WhatsApp queue and Telegram warnings go to your own internal chats. WebRun never contacts a cardholder, an issuing bank or a customer.

What happens once a dispute is answered?

It leaves the queue. WebRun reads the live dispute status in Razorpay every morning, so anything already responded to or closed is skipped on the next run.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
