Automated QuickMail Deliverability Scorecards
Every Monday, WebRun opens QuickMail, totals last week's open, reply, and bounce rates across every active campaign and mailbox, logs the numbers to a Google Sheet, and posts a short summary doc to Notion so you can see deliverability trends before they become a real problem.
How do I track my QuickMail deliverability trends weekly?
WebRun totals your QuickMail campaign performance every Monday, calculating open, reply, and bounce rates per campaign and mailbox, and flags any mailbox with a bounce rate above 3 percent. It logs the numbers to Google Sheets and posts a summary doc to Notion, so deliverability trends surface before they become a real sending problem.
- Deliverability trends surface weekly instead of after a mailbox gets blocked
- Every mailbox above a 3 percent bounce rate gets flagged automatically
- Historical rates are tracked in Sheets for real trend comparison
Built for SDRs · agencies running cold email · outbound sales teams · revenue operations

Questions, answered
Does it pause a mailbox with a high bounce rate?
No. WebRun only flags a mailbox above the 3 percent bounce threshold. Pausing or warming up a mailbox is a decision left to you.
Why track deliverability weekly instead of per campaign?
Bounce and reply rates can look fine on one campaign but slip gradually across mailboxes. A weekly trend catches that pattern sooner.
Can the bounce threshold be changed?
Yes, 3 percent is the starting point. It can be set higher or lower to match how conservative you want to be.
