Automated Qualtrics Detractor Follow-Up Alerts

Every hour, WebRun opens Qualtrics, checks new responses for scores below your detractor threshold, drafts a short WhatsApp check-in message for the account owner to review and send themselves, and blocks a follow-up slot on that owner's Google Calendar so the outreach actually happens.

In short

How do I follow up quickly with unhappy Qualtrics survey respondents?

WebRun checks your Qualtrics responses every hour for scores below your detractor threshold, drafts a personal WhatsApp check-in message referencing their feedback, and blocks a follow-up slot on the account owner's Google Calendar. Nothing sends automatically, the owner reviews and sends the message, so unhappy customers get a timely, human response instead of silence.

  • Detractors get a drafted follow-up within the hour, not days later
  • Every low score comes with calendar time already held to act on it
  • No unhappy response sits unread in a Qualtrics dashboard

Questions, answered

Will it message unhappy customers on its own?

No. WebRun only drafts the WhatsApp check-in. The account owner reviews and sends it, so every outreach is a human decision.

How does it pick who counts as a detractor?

It compares each response's score against the threshold you set in Qualtrics, so only genuinely low scores generate a draft and a calendar hold.

Does it double up if the same person responds twice?

It only processes responses received since its last check, so a respondent who already had a draft and calendar hold created isn't flagged again for the same survey.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
