Chase down feature requests nobody's triaged

Every Monday, WebRun opens Productboard, finds feature requests and insights that have sat untouched for 30 days without a status change, logs each one to the backlog grooming board in Trello, and reminds the product owner on WhatsApp to give them a proper triage.

How do I stop feature requests from going untriaged in Productboard?

WebRun checks Productboard every Monday for feature requests that have sat untouched for 30 days, logs each one to a Trello grooming board ranked by vote count, and reminds the product owner on WhatsApp to triage them, so customer feedback with real demand behind it doesn't quietly age out of the backlog.

  • High-vote requests stop aging out of the backlog unnoticed
  • The product owner gets a ranked list instead of scrolling Productboard
  • Every stale request has a visible card on the grooming board

Questions, answered

Does WebRun change a feature's status or priority?

No. It only reads how long a request has gone untouched. Changing status, priority, or scoring is always done by the product owner in Productboard.

Who gets the WhatsApp reminder?

Only the internal product owner you set up. It never messages the customers who submitted the original feedback.

What counts as untouched?

Any feature request with no status change in Productboard for 30 days. A single status update resets its clock and drops it off next week's list.

Put this on autopilot.
