Will it message my students on its own?
No. Every student reminder is left as an unsent WhatsApp draft for you to read and send. Only the brief to your own private Telegram chat posts automatically, and that goes nowhere near a student.
Can it cancel or reschedule a lesson?
No. WebRun only reads your Preply calendar. It never accepts, declines, cancels, or moves a booking, so your availability and your bookings stay exactly as you set them.
How does it handle time zones?
It reads each lesson in Preply and converts the start time to your own time zone for the brief, then uses the student's time zone in their reminder draft, so neither side turns up an hour out.
